The impression I have now has not changed one bit! We had a few maintenance issues at our apartment (who doesn't?) But they were all VERY quickly resolved. Maintenance staff is on top of stuff here. The experience we have had since they have transitioned over to the shoreline has been a very good experience ! My wife and I moved in over two years ago and were very happy we did. Grounds are lovely and kept well, maintenance is timely and proactive, improvements are done before you are aware of problems, and staff is friendly and earnestly attempts to be helpful. Also, two pools and two big hot spas are also nice!
