I wanted to wait until I lived here for a little while to write a review. Glad I did. First impression of this place gave me the idea that they care. The impression I have now has not changed one bit! We had a few maintenance issues at our apartment (who doesn't?) But they were all VERY quickly resolved. Maintenance staff is on top of stuff here. My wife and I have lived here at The shoreline apartments for 2 years previously known as harbor grand ! The experience we have had since they have transitioned over to the shoreline has been a very good experience ! The management ( Sheryl ) as well as the other office staff ( Roxanna ) and others have been more than kind and on top of, if any issues arose ! My wife and I moved in over two years ago and were very happy we did. Grounds are lovely and kept well, maintenance is timely and proactive, improvements are done before you are aware of problems, and staff is friendly and earnestly attempts to be helpful. Also, two pools and two big hot spas are also nice!

Now called Shoreline Apartments. The new management has done an amazing job turning this dump into a place that is quiet, maintained, and relaxing to live in. After 3 years I opted for a new renovated apartment and could not be happier. Having a washer and dryer in my apartment is a dream come true!
